The 2024 Changan CS15 is a subcompact crossover SUV. Its sole variant for the Philippine market is the CS15 1.5 DCT priced at Php 799,000. 

Under the hood of the CS15 is a 1.5-liter gasoline engine that can put out 105 horsepower and 145 Nm of torque. Power is sent to its front wheels through a five-speed dual-clutch transmission. 

Size-wise, this subcompact model is 4,135mm long, 1,740mm wide, and 1,630mm in height. 

Locally, the 2024 Changan CS15 competes against the Geely GX3 Pro, Chery Tiggo 5X Pro, Kia Stonic, and Toyota Raize, among others.

Changan CS15 Launch

The 2024 Changan CS15 was launched for the Philippine market at the 2024 Manila International Auto Show. It enters the market with one variant priced at Php 799,000.

On the outside, the CS15 crossover gets a wealth of features. It gets automatic halogen lamps with daytime running lamps, a set of 17-inch two-tone alloy wheels, a shark fin antenna, roof rails, and LED taillamps, among others. 

Size-wise, it is 4,135mm long, 1,740mm wide, and 1,630mm in height.

Inside, this Changan-made crossover can comfortably seat up to five occupants. It boasts leather-wrapped seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and a digital instrument cluster. 

For cargo, its default trunk space clocks in at 230 liters. With the rear seats folded down, this expands up to 1,100 liters. 

Technology & Safety Features

Providing on-board entertainment for the CS15 is a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system. This gets Bluetooth connectivity and is linked to a four-piece speaker system. 

Standard safety bits on this Changan model include dual front airbags, side airbags, anti-lock braking, electronic brake-force distribution, tire pressure monitoring, hill-hold control, and stability control. 

Apart from the safety features mentioned above, it also has a rear-view parking camera, parking sensors, and cruise control.
