The first of the two initiatives launched by Ford Philippines is the new aftersales program for new owners, which the car brand calls the Peace of Mind service package. The Blue Oval brand said that all Ford vehicles purchased starting January 1, 2024 will receive a complimentary Peace of Mind service package.

The Peace of Mind service package includes a free vehicle inspection that can be availed within two months or 2,000 kilometers (whichever comes first). This inspection service is part of Ford PH’s commitment to enhancing the ownership experience by ensuring that the newly purchased vehicle is in optimal condition and performing as it should be.

The Peace of Mind service package also includes two free labor on periodic maintenance schedule (PMS) services.

Aside from the complimentary inspection package, all Ford vehicles purchased starting January 1, 2024 can also enjoy free labor on their first (12 months or 10,000 kms whichever goes first) and second PMS (24 months or 20,000 kms whichever goes first) services.

Ford PH added that next-generation Ranger, Everest, or Territory vehicles that were purchased before January 1, 2024 can enjoy free labor on their first PMS service.

Eligible Ford vehicle owners can book their service appointments via the Online Service Booking platform available on the car brand’s official website. Ford PH said that the Online Service Booking allows customers to conveniently book service appointments at their preferred Ford dealership, anytime and anywhere. They will also get instant confirmation of their booking, as well as modify their booking on the system.

Complementing Online Service Booking is the Service Price Calculator, a tool that allows customers to know in advance the estimated PMS service pricing based on the vehicle model and selected Ford dealer before the actual service appointment.

Ford PH also announced that it has updated its Owners Dashboard, available on the car brand’s website, to offer a more convenient and integrated platform.

It now shows Ford owners everything they need to know about their vehicles including fuel level, oil life, tire pressure, and current mileage for FordPass-enabled vehicles. They can also update their SYNC (if applicable) on the new dashboard to ensure a seamless connection to their mobile devices.

The dashboard also gives Ford owners additional references such as a Digital Owner’s Manual, as well as useful articles and answers to frequently asked questions. In cases of Field Service Action, the dashboard also serves as a quick reference for owners to check if their vehicle is included.
