New Nissan X-Trail X-Scape limited edition will be offered a unique extra feature: a Parrot Bebop 2 drone.
The X-Trail X-Scape Special Version pack is available across the X-Trail range on the N-Vision and the Tekna (both 5-seater and 7-seater versions).

This Nissan-branded GPS tracking drone dubbed Parrot Bebop 2, weighing just around 500 grams comes bundled with a Parrot Skycontroller 2 remote control and Parrot Cockpitglasses headset. These allow First Person View (FPV) functionality to capture scenery via a live feed from the 14-megapixel camera.

Moreover, this drone is also able to operate autonomously and follow your phone’s GPS signal via an app. Flight time comes in at just over 25 minutes and then it needs recharging.

The Parrot Bebop 2 drone is a £500 (Php 32,212) option on basic models. However, you can buy this pack on Parrot’s website with a price tag of £440 (Php 28,346).

In addition, Nissan also adds the NissanConnect infotainment system with satellite navigation system, a panoramic sunroof with one-touch electric sunshade and premium X-Trail floor mats as standard to this special pack.

According to car news from Nissan Motors, the Japanese car manufacturer intends to produce approximately 1,200 units of the X-Trail X-Scape special version for the European market, in which 200 units will be allocated for sale in the U.K.

As for the hardware, the X-Trail X-Scape will get a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine pushing out 141 horsepower and 191 Nm of torque, mated to an Xtronic CVT.
