Philippine dealerships now can get limited volumes of Volvo XC60 2018

Froilan Valencia – the Sales head of Volvo Philippines has mentioned their concerted efforts in bringing Volvo XC60 to the country. As the number of units produced is limited and the demand is high, regarding international markets, it’s rather difficult for Philippines to have adequate items in stock. However, our Volvo agency did it. Though not many, the available volume can partly serve the thirst of domestic market.

Volvo XC60 has arrived in the Philippines

In an interactive session with journalist, Atty. Alberto B. Arcilla – CEO of Volvo Philippines proudly presented: “We are brimming with pride as another accolade is added to Volvo’s growing list of awards. The recognition given to our cars by people who really know cars is a nod to Volvo’s continued dedication to making excellent vehicles.” He also added some critical comments on styling design, safety assisting systems and hi-tech devices of this next-gen model.

Till now, this mid-sized SUV has won prestigious titles of US car experts, which are “World Car of 2018” at New York Auto Show and “NA Utility of the year award.” Meanwhile, its smaller brother – Volvo XC40 was entitled “European Car of the year” at Geneva International Motor Show.

As for Philippines market, the on-sale Volvo XC60 2018 applies 2.0L turbocharged inline-four engine run on diesel, reaching 190 hp @ 4250 rpm and max torque of 400 Nm.
