Hyundai PH launches new 24/7 customer, roadside assistance hotline

It aims to give Hyundai owners the confidence to drive more and worry less.

Hyundai Motor Philippines Inc. (HMPH) launched a new hotline for customer service and roadside assistance concerns. The new 24/7 toll-free nationwide hotline aims to give Hyundai owners the confidence to drive more and worry less.

Hyundai Philippines said that the new hotline not just caters to sales and aftersales inquiries, but more importantly, on-the-road assistance requests. HMPH now only has one number for landline, which is (02)-8868-8000, and one number for mobile, which is 0917-868-9000.

HMPH managing director Cecil Capacete shared that the new hotline intends to provide Hyundai owners with an easy ownership experience.  

“For us at Hyundai Motor Philippines, we believe that quality service is crucial in maintaining good relationships with our customers. We are driven to provide an easy ownership experience that will make sure that our brand becomes top of mind when it comes to customer satisfaction,” Capaceta said.

“As we gladly see more and more Hyundai cars on the road, we also take on a higher responsibility to keep them safe and worry-free. Through our enhanced contact center and roadside assistance service, we assure our valued patrons that we will always be available to answer to their needs,” Capacete added.

Speaking of which, HMPH has also introduced its enhanced roadside assistance program that includes services such as vehicle assistance and minor repair onsite. Below are the benefits being provided to Hyundai owners.

Vehicle Assistance

- Towing of the Covered Vehicle: Php 4,000

- Towing and Recovery of Covered Vehicle: Php 8,000

- Delivery of Spare Key: Php 4,000

- Delivery of Emergency Fuel: Php 4,000

Minor Repair Onsite

- Replacement of Flat Tire: Php 4,000

- Battery Jumpstart: Php 4,000

Personal and Medical Assistance

- 3D/2N Hotel Accommodation: Php 3,000

- Continuation of Journey: Php 2,000

- Reimbursement of Travel Expenses: Arrangement only

Of note, HMPH said that those who have the Hyundai Palisade, Ioniq 5, and Ioniq 6 get to enjoy all of the above mentioned for free for a full year once their vehicles have been released.
