A perfect SUV for off-roading and the city.

The 2021 Toyota Fortuner is already available in Thailand with a top-spec variant dubbed as Legender. Now, the 2021 Fortuner Legender decided to have some fun and prove that it’s a vehicle meant to drive through any terrain.

In case you’re wondering, the new Fortuners you see in the phots are the top-spec 2.8-liter Legender 4WD that comes in either a White Pearl CS or an Emotional Red paint finish. This Toyota Fortuner Legender uses a 2.8-liter 4-cylinder diesel engine making 201 hp and 500 Nm of torque.

With the help of its 4WD drivetrain and 6-speed automatic transmission, the Toyota Fortuner Legender can brave through the toughest off-road terrain with ease.

Further enhancing the off-road capabilities of the Fortuner Legender are its double-wishbone front suspension, 4-link rear suspension, 193 mm ground clearance, and 20-inch alloy wheels exclusive to the Legender variant.

Many are quick to point out that the front fascia design of the new Fortuner imposes similarities with the Geely Coolray. Contributing to this apparent idea is their similar headlights shape and L-shaped daytime running lights (DRL).

As for safety, the Toyota Fortuner Legender is installed with the Toyota Safety Sense that provides features such as a panoramic view monitor with a 3D view, anti-lock braking system with electronic brakeforce distribution, hill-start assist control, downhill assist control, among others.

If you are into SUVs, you can also consider the Toyota 4Runner 2019 which offers a good reliability rating and excellent off-road capability.
